UK had the number 1 SOS in the nation and has always advanced to the

super regionals as a host. VT was fortunate with the conference schedule this year. The team did great and Pete deserves coach of the year in conference but you have to learn from defeat.

Bad acc tournament showing and UK just has more talent. This wasn't about one play or one bad inning. VT has great building blocks in place
